How It Works.
1: Join the Interest List
Tell us what you may have to sell and which consignment option interests you. This is not registration and does not commit you to participate.
2: Register + Choose Your Service
Interest-list families will be among the first to receive the market details and registration information. Choose Standard for the higher payout or Full-Service for the easiest prep. A limited number of Founding Family spots will be available for our first Gathering.
3: Get Your Items Ready
Standard consignors wash, sort, price, enter and tag their items with guidance from the Gather Kit. Limited Gather & Prep sessions are available for more hands-on help. Full-Service consignors simply wash and dry their items; we handle the rest.
4: Inventory Check-In
Bring your items to your scheduled appointment. We’ll review their condition, verify your inventory and accept what is ready for the market. All clothing should arrive laid flat in neat stacks, no hangers needed. Standard consigned items must already be entered and tagged.
5: We Gather. We’ll Sell. You Earn.
We organize, merchandise and sell everything in one welcoming seasonal market created for Arizona families.
6: Pick up, Donate + Get Paid
After the market, pick up any unsold items you choose to keep. Eligible items selected for donation will be donated through our Gather & Give initiative, and we’ll finalize your sales and payout.

Quality Matters
Items should be freshly washed, complete and ready for another family to use. We won’t accept items with stains, holes, strong odors, missing or broken pieces, and excessive wear.
Ready Play creates a thoughtful place for clean, functional clothes with a little visible wear to continue their story. The same standards for cleanliness, safety and function still apply. Because childhood isn’t spotless.

Consignment is a way to earn money from items your family has outgrown without selling each one yourself. You provide the children’s clothing, toys and gear; Gather & Grow organizes, merchandises and sells the accepted items at our seasonal market. When an item sells, you receive your consignor percentage. Unsold items are returned or donated according to your selected preferences.

No. The interest form helps us understand what families may want to consign so we can thoughtfully plan for our first market. It does not register you or commit you to participate.
Families on the interest list will be among the first to receive registration details, Founding Family opportunities and everything they need to prepare for our first Gathering.

Our first Gathering is planned for Spring 2027 in Arizona’s East Valley. Exact dates and location will be shared when registration opens.
General Consignment

Founding Family spots will be available to a limited number of Standard Consignors who participate in our first Gathering.
Join the Consignor Interest List to be among the first to receive registration details. When registration opens, complete your Standard Consignment registration. Registration alone does not secure Founding Family status, you must consign at our first market to earn the 70% Founding Family payout.

That depends on the service you choose. Standard consignors wash, sort, price, enter and tag their items using the Gather Kit. Clothing should be brought in laid flat in neat stacks. Gather & Grow provides the hangers and hangs accepted clothing.
Full Service consignors simply wash and dry their items before drop-off. We handle the sorting, pricing, inventory entry, tagging and hanging.

Gather & Prep is an optional working session for Standard consignors who want the higher payout with a little extra help.
Bring your prepared items, meet other consignors and work through pricing, entering and tagging with guidance from Gather & Grow. It’s part prep session, part accountability, and part community.

The Gather Kit is our digital consignor resource guide. It’s one organized place for the information and tools you’ll need to prepare for the market. It includes a supply list, step-by-step checklist, accepted-item guidelines, Pricing Collections, inventory-entry instructions, FAQs and other helpful resources.
There is no physical kit to pick up. Additional resources may be added as market details are finalized.

At your scheduled appointment, we’ll review your items for quality, safety and condition, verify your submitted inventory and confirm your contact information. Once your accepted inventory is checked in, Gather & Grow takes it from there.
Consignment Prep

Standard consignors select their donation preferences by category. After the market, you’ll pick up any unsold items you chose to keep by the published Inventory Check-Out deadline. Items not collected by the deadline will be considered abandoned and may be donated, recycled or responsibly disposed of.

Your payout is based on the items that sell and your consignor rate. After the market, we’ll finalize your sales and issue your payment using the payout method established during registration. Exact timing and payment instructions will be provided before registration opens.

Gather & Give is our community-impact program. Consignors may choose to donate eligible unsold items after the market, giving those items another opportunity to serve a family.
Each market will also feature a Gather & Give Focus—a local organization supported through fundraising or a community donation drive.
